High-end residential landscape construction on the Mornington Peninsula
We are a landscaping company building high-end residential landscapes on the Mornington Peninsula, working from approved design plans through to completed construction.
Our projects are typically large-scale, technically detailed and designer-led. We take on builds that require careful planning, considered sequencing and a team that understands how to work to a design.
Where we add the most value
We are at our best on projects that involve:
A resolved landscape design from a professional designer.
Architecturally designed or high-specification homes.
Technically complex sites - steep slopes, challenging access, significant level changes.
Detailed construction where finish, proportion and material quality matter.
Clients who value quality and a well-managed build over the lowest price.
If that sounds like your project, we would like to hear from you.
What we build
Every project is different. Most draw on a combination of the following elements, planned and sequenced as part of a complete build rather than individual services.
Earthworks and site preparation
Excavation, cut and fill, soil conditioning, drainage and site establishment. The foundation everything else depends on.
Concrete and paving
In-situ concrete, sandblasted and pavilion finishes, exposed aggregate driveways, travertine and stone paving, steppers, pool surrounds and coping. We work to tight tolerances and high finish standards.
Retaining and blade walls
Structural retaining, rendered blade walls, masonry, blockwork and boulder retaining. Designed to perform structurally and resolve cleanly with the landscape above.
Steel fabrication
Custom pool fencing, batten screens, entry gates, garden edging and architectural steel elements. Fabricated and installed on site to the specifications of the design.
Timber structures
Decks, pergolas, arbours, batten screens and boundary fencing in hardwood and treated timber. Built to last in coastal conditions.
Soft landscaping
Plant supply and installation, lawn preparation and turfing, garden bed establishment, mulching and soil preparation. Installed true to the planting design.
Irrigation and lighting
Automated irrigation systems and garden lighting, integrated into the build from the start.
Pool surrounds and fencing
Pool decks, coping, glass and aluminium pool fencing, compliant with all relevant regulations. We coordinate closely with pool builders to ensure sequencing and finishes align.
Staged works and value management
Some projects are delivered in stages - earthworks first while a home build is underway, or front and rear completed at separate times. We can quote a full scope and stagger the execution, or break it into clearly defined stages from the outset. Either way, the scope is documented clearly so nothing falls through the gaps between stages.
When a full scope exceeds budget, we work with the designer to identify where investment can be adjusted without compromising what matters most. Our proposals include value management options where relevant so clients can make informed decisions before construction begins.
"We knew the works were way beyond our scope and Mike took the time to assist us plan and provided a detailed quote, with no surprises, and within budget. We have since been in contact again for further works as we know Mike understands exactly what we are trying to achieve."
- Loren
"Top class service throughout the process. Quick response with a proposal. Job started on time. Finished to schedule and under budget. I couldn't be happier with the result."
- Nicholas
How it starts
We begin with a site meeting - usually with the client and sometimes with the designer present. We walk the site, review the plans and talk through scope, constraints and expectations. This gives us what we need to prepare a proposal that reflects the full scope of the build.
Our proposals are detailed and transparent. They are quoted to build the project properly, not to win the job on price. Once scope is agreed, we move into pre-construction planning before a single machine arrives on site.
