Mornington is one of the Peninsula's main townships, a mix of established residential properties, newer subdivisions and significant homes on the escarpment above the harbour. The area has a strong design presence, with several leading landscape designers based locally.

Mornington sites vary significantly, from flat residential blocks to escarpment properties with substantial level changes and bay views. Soil types range from red volcanic loam in some areas to lighter sandy soils closer to the coast. Site access can be a consideration on steeper escarpment blocks.
About Formed Landscapes
Formed Landscapes has been landscaping on the Mornington Peninsula since 2009. We specialise in complex, design-led residential landscape construction, working from approved design plans through to completed build, in close partnership with landscape designers and their clients.
